Aspirus has reversed the pre-authorization policy that was initially released. The new policy consists of pre-authorization after examination and six visits per year.
Aspirus has reversed the pre-authorization policy that was initially released. The new policy consists of pre-authorization after examination and six visits per year.
Here's what we know so far:
- They will not require pre-Authorization for the first six visits per calendar year.
- *The calendar year will be January 1st through December 31st each year.
- Since the policy is effective November 1, 2025, a patient could come in for six visits between November 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.
- The pre-authorization system resets each January 1 to start over.
