The announcement that Fulcrum is shutting down operations effective August 1, 2026 has required many insurance companies to identify alternative chiropractic network arrangements. The Alliance has chosen to work with WholeHealth Living (Tivity) beginning August 1, 2026.
Chiropractors who wish to continue participating with The Alliance network are encouraged to complete the contracting process with WholeHealth Living as soon as possible to avoid any interruption in network status. Chiropractors who are contracted with Chiropractic Management Services/Trilogy will want to contact The Alliance to clarify your in network status going forward.
